Process Improvement Teams
Analyze Your Processes, Developing Solutions and Implementing an Action Plan
Is there something in dire need of fixing, but you’re not sure how to tackle the problem? You may not even be sure of where or how to start looking for the problem. If this sounds like a situation that you have experienced or are experiencing currently, then the Process Improvement Team Master Class is a must attend for you and your team.
This Master Class is specifically designed to provide your team with the skills and knowledge to systematically look at work processes, analyze them for “added value” and eliminate waste from the processes.
We strive to enable our participants to start a process improvement team focused on:
- Defining a problem.
- Analyzing the problem for root causes.
- Developing a solution.
- Implementing and monitoring the action plan.
Master Class Approach
Our Master Class approach relies on a facilitative style, modeling the behaviors and tools for well-run problem-solving meeting. Key content is reinforced printed materials allowing for fast learning and simple implementation.
Who Should Attend?
This Master Class is for novice team leaders, members, or facilitators who need basic technical skills on how to continuously improve their work processes. We have found that having between 12 and 20 participants in each Master Class makes for the highest level of learning and collaboration.
Each participant will have some prework required before they can take part in the Process Improvement Teams Master Class. This prework consists of a web-based pre-Master Class questionnaire that will help us clarify and classify the specific needs of each participant so that we can host the most effective and efficient Master Class imaginable.

Kristin was outstanding in assisting my team to manage four critical company projects. Not only were the projects successful, but I was able to acquire new tools for my tool kit with Kristin’s guidance. Kristin is extremely personable and “gets it.”
