Vastly Improving Relationships and Services with Your Customers and Suppliers
Process Mapping Master Class
Have you ever heard: “This isn’t working, we need to streamline this process!” or “Let’s clear up the confusion here!” If so, where do you begin to fix the problems? Better yet, can the problems even be fixed? Or, are you even sure you have the real problem pegged?
The Process Mapping Master Class will answer those questions and tackle those problems by using a process called Process Mapping. It is a way to ‘dig deep’ into the problem to:
- Identify the real problem(s).
- Find out who and what the problem(s) affects.
- Identify the cause(s).
- Identify potential short/long term solutions.
Whether you are ‘clueless’ or more experienced in the use of process mapping, you will gain insights to help improve relations with and service for your customers and suppliers.
Master Class Approach
Our Master Class approach relies on a facilitative style, modeling the behaviors and tools used in process mapping. Key content is reinforced with printed materials and group exercises allowing for fast learning and simple implementation.
Who Should Attend?
This Master Class is designed for team leaders, facilitators, team sponsors, and team members responsible for understanding how a process truly works. We have found that having between 10 and 25 participants in each Master Class makes for the highest level of learning and collaboration.
Each participant will have some prework required before they can take part in the Process Mapping Master Class. This prework consists of a web-based pre-Master Class survey that will help us clarify and classify the specific needs of each participant so that we can host the most effective and efficient Master Class imaginable.
