Leading Extraordinary Teams Master Class

Everyone wants their team to be an Extraordinary Team but in all reality most team leaders are struggle with the foundational skills and knowledge that will drive an Extraordinary Team.

With the Leading Extraordinary Teams Master Class you will experience the skills and knowledge that will help your organization and/or team members refocus their efforts on the processes, tools, and techniques that contribute to the evolution of truly extraordinary teams.

We will introduce all participants to a conceptual framework for thinking through team processes. Thus, enabling all participants to use these new skills to encourage and facilitate the development of their teams in the work that they do, the relationships they build, and the processes they use to achieve results to become Extraordinary Teams.

Our Master Class participants will also learn and practice the Plan, Do, Check, Act technique which is vital to keeping your team on track until your agenda is fully complete. We will also provide a set of basic, practical tools to support collaborative problem solving and consensus building efforts. You can use these tools to:

  • Keep your team on track and accomplish objectives.
  • Help you complete the agenda.
  • Enhance the cooperative/collaborative relationships among team members.
  • Resolve problems.
  • Build team consensus.

Master Class Approach

Our Master Class approach relies on a facilitative style, modeling the behaviors and tools for successful facilitation for project managers. Key content is reinforced with printed materials and practice facilitations allowing for fast learning and simple implementation.

Who Should Attend?

This Master Class is for leaders, members or facilitators of teams who want to take their teams to the “next level” of team development. We have found that having between 10 and 18 participants in each Master Class makes for the highest level of learning and collaboration. Each participant will have some prework required before they can take part in the Leading Extraordinary Teams Master Class. This prework consists of a web-based pre-Master Class survey that will help us clarify and classify the specific needs of each participant so that we can host the most effective and efficient Master Class imaginable.

Learning Assessment

One month after the Master Class, all participants will complete a follow-on, web-based questionnaire to gauge learning and application to the workplace. This will allow us to see the areas where our past participants are making the most improvements and how to implement new strategies for the upcoming Leading Extraordinary Teams Master Classes.
