Extraordinary Team Skills Master Class

All teams have the potential to accomplish results quickly and effectively, and become an Extraordinary Team. To reach that goal a team must focus on the eight necessary traits to be a high performance team.

This Master Class will offer skills, tools and knowledge that will help organizations and team members refocus their efforts on those traits that contribute to the evolution of truly extraordinary teams. We will help you build on current team members’ skills and identify when and how everyone on the team can effectively use their skills. We will explore how you can work to build that team of active, skilled participants who:

• achieve sustainable results
• become highly knowledgeable in theory and practice of team process tools
• build effective team relationships

Master Class Approach

Our Master Class approach relies on a facilitative style, modeling the behaviors and tools for the development of an Extraordinary Team. Key content is reinforced with printed materials and multiple practice exercises allowing for fast learning and simple implementation.

Who Should Attend?

Ideally the whole team would attend as a unit with team leaders and facilitators. We have found that having between 12 and 20 participants in each Master Class makes for the highest level of learning and collaboration.

Each participant will have some prework required before they can take part in the Extraordinary Team Skills Master Class. This prework consists of a web-based pre-Master Class survey that will help us clarify and classify the specific needs of each participant so that we can host the most effective and efficient Master Class imaginable.

Learning Assessment

One month after the Master Class, all participants will complete a follow-on, web-based questionnaire to gauge learning and application to the workplace. This will allow us to see the areas where our past participants are making the most improvements and how to implement new strategies for the upcoming Extraordinary Team Skills Master Class.
