Enhance Your Brainstorming Processes and Deliver Action Items within Your Conference
Conference and Small Group Facilitator Master Class
“Great conference!” is something you like to read on a conference evaluation form. This Master Class is designed to enable participants to successfully facilitate a small group at a management conference, brainstorming ideas and action items.
Master Class Approach
Our Master Class approach relies on a facilitative style, modeling the behaviors and tools for a successful meeting or conference. Key content is reinforced with printed materials and practice exercises allowing for fast learning and simple implementation.
Who Should Attend?
This Master Class is designed for those individuals identified by the client to facilitate their management conference. Ideally, these individuals should have excellent listening and speaking skills, confidence in front of groups, and interest in facilitation.
We have found that having between four and 18 participants in each Master Class makes for the highest level of learning and collaboration.
Each participant will have some prework required before they can take part in the Conferences & Small Group Facilitator Master Class. This prework consists of a web-based pre-Master Class survey that will help us clarify and classify the specific needs of each participant so that we can host the most effective and efficient Master Class imaginable.
