Teamwork & Collaboration – Without the Script!
An Engaging and Interactive Presentation that Models Collaboration
Are you looking for a different kind of general or break out session about teamwork and collaboration? Do you want a highly interactive, engaging and participative presentation that models collaboration?
Kristin Arnold will facilitate an engaging and interactive experience revolving around teamwork and collaboration. She creates a high-impact conversation with the audience, highlighting key concepts, best practices and challenges. Kristin draws from the wisdom of the participants as well as her repertoire of simple strategies and tangible tools to produce an amazing session.
Kristin finishes off the session with “the one thing” that the participants will do about the topic when they return to work. Your people will walk away energized and equipped to improve the team’s work, make better collaborative decisions, and develop cooperative relationships – all while achieving astonishing results.
It’s a bit different than a traditional “speaker” and absolutely perfect for those audiences demanding more interaction with each other.
How We Create a Meaningful Conversation
Team Focus
To start, Kristin will have a conversation with the meeting team to clarify the session objectives and participant information. She will also want to talk with or survey a few of the participants – just to get a sense for the conversation and what the key take-aways might be.
Engagement
Based on our pre-work, Kristin will design a unique session to encourage conversation about teamwork and collaboration. Kristin has 99+ proven tools and techniques to engage and interact with the audience to inspire them to action. Kristin literally wrote the book on how to make a presentation go from Boring to Bravo: Proven Presentation Techniques to Engage, Involve, and Inspire your Audiences to Action, so you can depend on her to do the same for you. Don’t worry. She’ll make the planning team and the audience look absolutely brilliant!
Action
Toward the end of the session, we collect “the one big thing” – the key concept they will take back to the workplace and commit to do. Your participants will have absolute clarity on the 2-3 most important take-aways, while creating a host of takeaways on their own.
Momentum
We compile all the responses to “the one big thing” and send it back to you (and, if you are willing, send it on to the participants!). Great to show a solid return on investment (ROI), this valuable information can also help you with further programming in your newsletters, workshops, and other educational venues. Just reading the take-aways is awe inspiring and absolutely amazing!
