Create Synergy with Like-Minded Industry Professionals
Synergy is defined as two or more people functioning together to produce a result not independently obtainable. That’s exactly what the Extraordinary Team helps executives, such as CEOs, Presidents or Senior VPs, accomplish through Executive Mastermind sessions or Roundtable Discussions. The executives are able to discuss issues, share best practices and resolve plaguing problems.
For one half or full day, your group will be able to utilize a safe environment where you can celebrate success, solve pressing issues, offer support and encouragement, unleash creativity and gain valuable insights to expand and grow your businesses. Additionally, it goes without saying that these impactful sessions help establish valuable relationships between like-minded industry professionals.

There are no one-size-fits-all meeting plans here. Kristin uses a 4-step process to create and facilitate a mastermind session that is customized to your outcomes, organizational culture, and the players involved.
1. Get Ready
We recognize that chemistry is paramount when putting together a mastermind group. We help shape the right mix of people – making sure there is a common business model (structure and size) without competitors being in the same room.
2. Design the Meeting
We typically survey the participants to unearth mutual areas of interest and concern –either before the meeting or right at the beginning. Sometimes, we ask the participants to complete a small, but doable “pre-work” assignment to help them get focused on what they want to get out of the mastermind experience and roundtable discussions.
3. Facilitate the Meeting
Kristin facilitates the mastermind session – identifying issues to discuss, best practices to share, and problems to be solved – all with the intent of creating “take-aways”. This is an opportunity to work “on” versus “in” the business.
4. Follow Up
One week after the meeting, each participant will receive a written summary of their group’s issues, discussions, and best practices. For those groups meeting for the first time, we also explore the issue if they would like to continue meeting as a mastermind group. She’ll also evaluate the session with you to create next steps.
